Spa Etiquette


Please allow ample time to arrive before your service begins. Also, be aware parking in the neighborhood may be difficult.


Please lower your voice and refrain from using cell phones or laptops in the waiting area. Device use is permitted in the reception area.


You will be given a lock and locker to check your clothes and valuables. We supply a robe and slippers to change into for your session, however please leave your undergarments on if it makes you feel more comfortable. We advocate secure draping standards in all our treatments. You do not need to undress for nail services.

Communicating Your Preferences

We believe the amount of light, music, temperature, and overall ambiance of the spa play a vital role in helping you enjoy the ultimate spa experience. We are sure you will be satisfied with all M Spa services; however we can modify any one of them to accommodate your needs. Please don’t hesitate to ask your massage therapist or esthetician any questions about your service before, during, or after your treatment. Our knowledgeable desk staff can also assist you with advice on product purchases.

Reservations & Cancellations

A credit card number is required to secure your reservation. We are happy to accommodate any appointment changes or cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation. M Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy and non-cancelled, no shows and missed appointments will be charged in full. Scheduling an appointment indicates your acceptance of this policy. Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week and our spa receptionists are eager to assist you in planning the details of your visit.
