WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON
A health screening questionnaire will be asked at time of booking, and at time of arrival for your appointment. A credit card information (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to secure your reservation. Scheduled treatment times are reserved for you. We are happy to accommodate any appointment changes or cancellations prior to 24 hour in advance of your reservation at no charge.
Cancellations / Reschedule
If you are feeling sick , do not come in for your appointment. Please contact us at first sign of illness, or any known COVID19 exposure to reschedule or cancel your appointment. There will be no charge for rescheduling or canceling of your appointment due to illness.
Please allow at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. If your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within this period, your appointment is considered confirmed. If your appointment is made within the 24-hour window, it is considered confirmed. If the cancellation occurs within less than 24-hour notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total value of the services. If you are a no-show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total value of the services.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
We do not accept:
- Any personal or traveler’s checks.
- Health Savings Account (HSA)/Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit/credit cards.
Please plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Also, be aware parking in the neighborhood may be difficult.
Your appointment has been designed to allow time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best experience. Due to bookings of other guests, we may not be able to offer extension of your scheduled appointment. Your service will be offered for the remaining time of the scheduled appointment and you will be required to pay in full for the service.
We advocate secure draping standards in all of our treatments. However, please leave your undergarments on if it makes you feel more comfortable.
Conversation and Mobile Phones
Please respect all guests’ rights to privacy, tranquility and relaxation. Please silence your mobile phones and lower your voice in all treatment areas.
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A gratuity of 18-20% of each service price is customary and appreciated.
Damage or Lost of Personal Items
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage or lost of personal items.
We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate by any member of our staff.
