Arm's session could be deep, slow and detailed to help with your muscular tension, or flowing and nurture to help you relax, or somewhere in between. He incorporates a number of techniques including stretching to create a session for your specific needs. Arm received his massage training from The Union of Thai Tradition Medicine Society and Chiang Mai Institute for Skill Development in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2014. He also studied massage techniques and graduated from Bodhi Panya Institute in San Francisco.

Bryan graduated from San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork in 2019. He has a holistic approach to bodywork that integrates a variety of Western modalities. Each session is customized and adapted to relate the therapeutic goals for you with a sense of wholeness of body and mind.

Caleb graduated from San Francisco National Holistic Institute in 2016 with more than 900 hours of training. Caleb combines Swedish and Deep Tissue to create slow, fluid movements that works best to address each client's needs. He takes his time with each session making sure the body is fully relaxed to help its restorative process.

Craig began his massage training in 2010 at the SF School of Massage and Bodywork with the short-term goal of joining the volunteer massage team on AIDS/LifeCycle. Since making massage his career, he has gone on to study Ortho-Bionomy and energy work such as Reiki and Reconnective Healing which bring a calm and nurturing presence into bodywork. Craig enjoys integrating techniques from various bodywork styles to tailor each session to the individual client's needs. In his session, he will collaborate with clients to ease pain and stress, and inviting bliss and comfort to the body.

David specializes in mixed modalities, blending the best of Western manual techniques like Swedish, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue with Eastern energetic styles including Reiki, Chakra work and Thai-style stretching. He utilizes multiple implements and tools to support this work, especially rolled bamboo for deep tissue work, chinese cupping for fascial release and energetic Qi movement, and Tibetan singing bowls for sounding and deep vibrational healing. David graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis in 2009, and has continued his diverse education since. He honed his unique style at a boutique spa in Southern California and now brings his skills to M Spa for truly meaningful and relaxing sessions.

Kenson graduated from National Holistic Institute in 2012 and has been working as a Certified Massage Therapist and health educator since then. He integrates different modalities from a soothing Swedish massage to therapeutic work, including passive/active stretching, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. His top priority is to address direct areas of discomfort and any other areas of the body that are contributing to areas of pain. Kenson's goal at the end of each session is to have his client well-balanced, with an improved state of body and mind.

Marc graduated from San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork in 2016 and immediately began his path as a Certified Massage Therapist. Marc is also a yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga in San Francisco since 2009 (ERYT-200). Marc's knowledge as a yoga teacher weaves into his every therapeutic massage session; he alternates between strong, rhythmic techniques with slow-moving, powerful pressure points to provide a deeply energizing and healing journey for every client. His sessions may also include passive and/or active stretching along with focus on balancing the energy centers of the body (chakras).

Matthew graduated from Brian Utting School of Massage, in Seattle WA, in 2005. He has completed CranioSacral certification courses through Upledger Institute. His massage style is highly intuitive and very thorough with broad even pressure. Matthew utilizes deep listening skills combined with circulatory Swedish massage, Breath Work, and CranioSacral therapy to offer a very unique massage experience. He also incorporates Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Stretching, and Sports massage techniques as needed. A massage with Matthew will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and deeply grounded.

Maurice received an Associates degree in Massage at De Anza College in 2014. He then attended SFSU and obtained his Bachelor degree in Kinesiology in 2015. Maurice listens to the body and works slow. He strives to provide a massage that meets your intended therapeutic goals for the session.

Miguel transitioned from Social Work to massage therapy in 2017 after attending the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Delaware. His capacity for empathy and intuitive sense of touch deeply inform and guide his massage practice. Miguel is originally from Lima, Peru.

Patrick graduated from National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy in 2016 and has been at M Spa ever since. He has extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy; focusing in lower back, pelvic and piriformis pain. Patrick also incorporates cupping into his sessions when appropriate and with your consent. His nurturing approach allows your body to relax and melt stress away.

Ron is one of our original M Spa therapists. He is a graduate of National Holistic Institute in 2004. He has 14 years experience working in hospitals, gyms and five star hotels. His technique is a combination of clinical work and spa therapy. "It's all about meeting client's needs; whether it be trouble shooting pain, or a blissful experience, or taking a client on a journey of the mind, body and soul."

Siva incorporates variety of modalities into his session to meet your individual needs. He uses Swedish to help you relax and unwind. He incorporates breathing techniques, deep tissue, Thai's compression/pressures and stretches in his work to help with tension, knots and problem areas. Siva is a 2019 graduate of San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork with 600 hrs of study. He also is a 2016 graduate of Thai Traditional Medical Service Society in Thailand with 300 hrs of training. Siva continues to learn different massage techniques to improve his skills. He enjoys doing massage and loves to help you feel better!
